Dr. Chris Palmer is an International Academy of Low Vision Specialists (IALVS) member and Illinois College of Optometry graduate. He provides his unique care to those suffering from conditions including: Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Diabetes, Cataracts, RP, and Albinism.
