Best visual acuity of 20/40 to 20/100 in one eye (w/wo glasses) needs report from an eye specialist. Request for license then determined by discretion.

Less than 20/100 best corrected: no license. Color blind: no license.

Bioptic Telescopes are permitted under certain conditions.
