    20/40 in the better eye, with or without corrective lenses.

    20/70 in the better eye if worse eye is 20/200 or better; 20/40 if worse eye is worse than 20/200.

Visual Field: 

   Not mentioned in the regulations.

Bioptic telescopes are  permitted to meet visual acuity standards. Doctor must fill out form 2401
