Visual Acuity:

Unrestricted license:  20/40 in the better eye, with or without corrective lenses.

Restricted license:  20/50;  beyond 20/50 driving privileges are denied

Visual Field:

No requirements.

Bioptic Telescopes are treated on an individual basis as long as the applicant passes all the driving tests.
