20/40 in the better eye, with or without corrective lenses.

20/50 in the better eye: restricted license (daylight only).

20/70 in the better eye: restricted license (daylight only, up to 35 mph).

Visual Field:

140 degrees: no restriction

Between 115 and 140 degrees: certain restrictions.

Bioptic telescopes are not permitted to meet visual acuity standards.
