For Telescopic Wearers:

      At Least 20/200 in one eye

      20/60 with the bioptic Telescope

      Visual Field of 110degrees Horizontal (if monocular: 40 temporal & 30 nasal)

      Report by O.D. or M. D.

      30 hours behind the wheel training

      Pass drive test

      Restriction "E":  no motorcycle or scooter; no night or adverse conditions
