Visual Acuity:

20/40 in the better eye, with or without corrective lenses.

No provisions for less than 20/40 in the better eye.

Visual Field: 

Minimum of 115 degrees in the horizontal meridian.  For monocular drivers, 40 degrees nasally & 75 degrees temporally.

Bioptic telescopes are not mentioned in the regulations.

Questions on vision reduction must go before the Medical Advisory Board for a decision on licensing.
